here are a few DOs and DON'Ts from an old research, it may not be that much, but i'll be adding more to this in the future. please try to follow the list and do not disregard for it may cause severe damages.
Some Vital Health Care Tips:
- answer the phone with your left ear.
- DO NOT DRINK COFFEE TWICE A DAY.
- do not take pills with cold water.
- DO NOT EAT HEAVY MEALS AFTER 5 P.M.
- reduce the amount of oily food you consume.
- DRINK MORE WATER IN THE MORNING, LESS IN THE EVENING.
- keep your distance from cellphone chargers.
- DO NOT USE HEADPHONES/EARPHONES TOO LONG.
- best sleeping time is from 10pm - 6am
- DO NOT LIE DOWN RIGHT AFTER TAKING MEDICATIONS BEFORE SLEEPING.
- when your cellphone's battery reaches down to the last grid/bar, the radiation present is 1000 times stronger so do not make or answer any calls.
